Charlie Ross is an Associate at Enceladus Partners. He is primarily responsible for identifying and evaluating investment opportunities, supporting transaction execution, and partnering with management teams on value creation initiatives across the firm’s portfolio.

Prior to joining Enceladus, Charlie served as an Investment Banking Analyst and Associate at Delancey Street Partners, where he advised lower middle market businesses across the industrial technology and infrastructure services sectors. In this role, Charlie was responsible for performing financial and valuation analysis, coordinating cross-functional diligence, conducting market research, and supporting deal structuring.

Earlier in his career, Charlie worked at Goldman Sachs in the Asset & Wealth Management division, where he supported institutions and ultra-high net-worth individuals with investment portfolio construction and asset allocation. Charlie began his career at Lockheed Martin, where he supported several U.S. Navy programs.

Charlie earned his B.S.B.A. in Finance from Drexel University’s LeBow College of Business, where he graduated summa cum laude.

Outside of work, Charlie enjoys fitness and experiencing new restaurants with family and friends.
